Dr. Chioma Omeniho is a transformational leader, model, and advocate for women's empowerment who merges intellect, grace, and purpose to inspire others to live boldly and bloom fully. She is the Founder and Co-Founder of You In Bloom, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping women to walk in confidence, celebrate progress, and overcome fear in pursuit of purpose.

Chioma holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Keiser University, a Master's in International Commerce and Policy from Valparaiso University, and a Bachelor's in Public Administration from Madonna University. With a strong academic foundation in leadership and human behavior, she has spent her career developing programs that promote confidence, mental well-being, and personal growth.

Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Chioma's journey in pageantry and modeling has uniquely positioned her as a symbol of elegance and empowerment. A former beauty queen, she has held multiple pageant titles, including Miss Nigeria USA 2010, and continues to serve as an editorial model. She has also taught poise and etiquette with a renowned modeling agency, training young women in confidence, communication, and presence both on and off the runway.

Chioma is a graduate of the Art of Marriage Course by Family Life, where she deepened her commitment to building strong relationships and faith-centered living. Her work through You In Bloom bridges faith, personal development, and community service—helping individuals rediscover their strength, celebrate their growth, and live out their God-given purpose with excellence and grace.
